Brown ground beef in olive oil over medium heat.
Chop onion and add it to the meat. Cook until soft.
Add tomato paste to meat and mix it all together.
Add allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt and pepper to small mixing bowl and stir together.
Stir in spices to meat mixture.
Let meat simmer on low for about 15 minutes.
Prepare spaghetti according to package directions.
Once pasta is cooked and drained, add the meat to it and mix it altogether.
Shred your cheese and then add 2/3 of it to the pasta and meat.
After you mix the cheese in, cover and let sit for about ten minutes to allow the cheese to melt.
Plate your spaghetti, and sprinkle on the remaining cheese on top, as well as Parmesan cheese (optional).
